Welcome to Margaret & Grace Georgian Bay. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. Your purchase is protected under the CAD Consumer Protection Act, Sale of Goods Act, and applicable federal consumer protection laws.
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to display and describe all products as accurately as possible.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.

All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes.

Promotions and special offers are valid while stock lasts or for the duration of the promotion.
2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders can be placed directly through our website.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Afterpay.

Your order is processed once the payment has been successfully received.

In case of obvious pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery within Canada typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on your location.

Order processing time is 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We offer free shipping on all CAD orders.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or peak-season congestion.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (including tracking details if available).
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS (CAD CONSUMER RIGHTS)
In accordance with the Canada Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

You may return full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals have been broken.

Items returned in worn or damaged condition.
6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under the CAD Consumer Protection Act:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@margaretgrace-georgianbay.com.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
7. LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, or loss of profits.

This does not limit your rights under the Canada Consumer Protection Act or the Sale of Goods Act.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to): natural disasters, courier disruptions, strikes, system outages, or severe weather conditions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication and good-faith resolution efforts. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
